2006年結成、岩手県在住、北国特有の朴訥さを持ちながらも洗練されたサウンドを 鳴らす2人組。
2010年のデビュー・アルバム「TOY」からこれまでに数多くの作品を リリース。 2000年代後半頃から岩手県在住ながら東京のライブシーンにおいて存 在感を放ち、リリースの度にツアーやワンマンライブを成功させる。
2014年に発売された5thアルバム「eye cue rew see」は『CDショッ プ大賞2015』にて東北ブロック賞を受賞し、アメリカのインディー・ レーベルよりアナログ盤もリリースされている。
海外での人気もかなり高く、日本のシューゲイザー・バンドの代表格 として、現在も国内外問わず評価が高いバンドに1つである。

Formed in 2006 and based in Iwate Prefecture, they are a duo that produces a sophisticated sound while retaining the rustic honesty typical of the northern region.
Since their debut album "TOY" in 2010, they have released numerous works. Although they have been based in Iwate Prefecture since the late 2000s, they have established a strong presence in Tokyo’s live music scene, consistently holding successful tours and one-man shows with each release.
Their 5th album, "eye cue rew see," released in 2014, won the Tohoku Block Prize at the 2015 CD Shop Awards, and was also released as a vinyl record on an American indie label.
They enjoy considerable popularity overseas as well, and are regarded as one of the leading shoegaze bands in Japan, continuing to receive acclaim both domestically and internationally.
